50 IMPROVED “BOGDAN 2251” MEDICAL VEHICLES DELIVERED TO THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

Over the past month Cherkasy Automobile Plant which is a part of “Bogdan” Corporation has sent a batch of 50 modified “Bogdan 2251” medical vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the corporation’s press-service informs.
 
The new 2018 version of “Bogdan” medical vehicle has received more than a dozen improvements. The manufacturer has taken into consideration all the additional requests by the military who tested and worked with the previous model. The vehicle was improved by “Bogdan” involving military medics who’ve been working under the Defense Ministry’s order.
 
“Bogdan” representatives state that “Bogdan 2251” medical vehicles are adapted to the military needs. They could be used at mud-locked roads and perform urgent evacuation of the wounded to hospitals. “While improving the vehicles we’ve been considering the comments and suggestions by the military and medics, working at the frontline” – “Bogdan” notes.
 
«Bogdan 2251» medical vehicles have been designed taking into account the demands and latest experience in the field of premedical assistance for the military. The vehicles are used by military medical units, mobile evacuation units, and by military hospitals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Besides, the car could be used to transport or evacuate the wounded from the military medical units and field hospitals to other medical facilities. «Bogdan 2251» can transport up to 7 wounded persons.
 
It should be reminded that “Bogdan 2251” medical vehicles have taken part in the Independence Day military parade which took place on August, 24 in Kyiv. In general, 4.5 thousand military men and 250 vehicles have taken part in the solemnities.
