“Bogdan” has presented 16 new buses to be used by Zhytomyr region schools under the “School Bus” social program. The buses will take kids from distant villages to schools, the press-service of “Bogdan” corporation informs.
“Bogdan A22412” is manufactured according to the latest car-building norms using components by the best world manufacturers. The bus is equipped with seat belts and complies with Euro-5 emission standard. It is going to provide comfortable and – what is more important – safe transportation of kids to schools” – Serhii Krasulia, press-secretary for the corporation noted.
He added that one of the 20 schoolbuses presented is equipped for kids with special educational needs.
It should be reminded that on October, 12 the “Bogdan” plant in Lutsk has solemnly presented the new comfortable “Bogdan A22412” buses to be used by students of the Volyn region schools in the frameworks of the “School Bus” social program. Those buses were sent to Rivne, Luky, Kolky, Boratyn and Pavlivka united territorial communities as well as to Manevytskyi district of Volyn region.
Earlier, they stressed in “Bogdan” that the production capacity of SE “Car assembly plant #1” in Lutsk allows producing more vehicles than the state orders. Namely, up to 6 thousand different vehicles yearly. They note in the press-service that current production volumes are extremely low while the quality of Ukrainian-produced vehicles matches their world analogues.
They are sure in “Bogdan” that in order to develop Ukrainian car-building industry a state support program to protect manufacturers is needed. In particular, the state should give preference to Ukrainian-produced transport. “BOGDAN” HAS PRESENTED NEW AND SAFE SCHOOLBUSES FOR ZHYTOMYR REGION SCHOOLS
